MySeniorGeek Patient Technology Help for Seniors

Technology Help from Someone You Can Trust

Patient, personal help from Harold—your local technology guy for computers, phones, printers, online safety, and whatever gadget has decided not to cooperate today.

(629) 235-5536

Serving seniors and their families in Williamson County and nearby Middle Tennessee communities.

Technology Help Without the Rush, Jargon, or Embarrassment

MySeniorGeek is one household service—not separate senior and family plans. Seniors get a familiar, patient person to call. Adult children and caregivers get a trusted local resource when they cannot be there themselves.

If you need the help

Ask the question the way you would ask a neighbor. Nothing is “too basic.” Harold explains things in plain English and stays with the problem until the next step is clear.

If you are helping a parent

You get one local person to call when you cannot be there. With permission, Harold can also keep an authorized family contact in the loop.

No surprise rate increases. Just dependable technology help at prices you can plan around.

Start With the Problem That Made You Call

Every new membership begins with a $150 onsite Initial Technology & Safety Visit lasting at least 60 minutes and covering up to three selected devices. Harold addresses your immediate problem first. As time and circumstances allow, he also reviews important items such as updates, antivirus protection, backups, browser warnings, account security, unfamiliar remote-access software, Wi-Fi, printers, and scam-awareness practices.

1

Call or text Harold

Tell him what is happening. You do not need the right vocabulary.

2

Schedule the initial visit

A planned onsite visit of at least 60 minutes, covering up to three devices.

3

Get ongoing help

Your membership is there when the next gadget misbehaves.

If you join during the initial visit, your benefits begin immediately. There is no membership charge for the remainder of that calendar month. Your first $75 monthly payment begins on the first day of the following month.

The first hour starts with the problem that made you call. It does not mean every household issue will be finished in that visit.
